When reserving tickets, please provide your name, telephone number and email address. The system accepts multiple ticket reservations under the same name and contact details if reserving 2 or more tickets at once.

This event uses a physical ticket distribution system by post. After successfully reserving tickets, you will receive an email notification of your reservation from noreply@eventilla.com. The tickets will then be posted to you in early May and must be presented on the day for entry verification and validation.
Each ticket is valid for a single entry only. A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
All bags and backpacks will be subject to checks before entering the venue.
All professional cameras, recording and audio equipment, alcohol, food and drinks (mineral water in transparent bottles excluded), glass bottles and large umbrellas are prohibited from being brought into the performance space.
Each attending student will receive one certificate of participation after the event, which can be used for calculating learning/study hours.
The organiser reserves the right to accept or reject ticket reservations, determine the number of complimentary tickets to be given, and amend the event arrangements, terms and conditions without prior notice. The organiser's decision is final.

To safeguard the security and properties of Youth Outreach, its staff and visitors, Youth Outreach has installed CCTV monitoring systems in the public areas in some offices and premises. You may be recorded in reasonable ranges of the premises. Generally speaking, video records will be kept for not more than 6 months. Only authorized personnel can access the video records for the purpose stated above.
Youth Outreach takes appropriate measures to protect the personal data we hold from loss, unauthorized collection, use, modification, transfer, access or disclosure.
You should update your personal information with us shall there be any change; otherwise Youth Outreach may not be able to provide the services you request.
According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access and correct your personal data and request a copy of the said data. When such requests are made, Youth Outreach will check the requestor’s identity to ensure the requestor is legally entitled to make the data access or correction request. Youth Outreach shall or may refuse to comply with a data access request in the circumstances specified in section 20 of the Ordinance, for example, the requestor fails to provide necessary information to Youth Outreach.
